3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend accounts for Terms violations
• Data export options are available before account closure
• Termination does not affect accrued obligations

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
